Frequently Asked Questions

Basically, a Virtual Employee is just like a regular employee who works for your business. However, instead of coming into your office, they work remotely.

Well, there are endless ways this can be answered, but in short, a Virtual Employee does most things that a personal assistant or office administrator does, but they’re never in your office. Just to list a few; Answering telephones, replying to emails, invoicing your clients, entering your business expenses/purchases into your accounting software, take booking & add the jobs into your calendar, call clients to chase outstanding invoices etc… anything you can do online, your Virtual Employee can help you with.

We are Australian registered business based and operated from Western Australia. We know exactly how Australian business work and what they need. We can come to you and speak to you in person before you sign any contract. At no extra cost; You will also get a manager who makes sure that your employee is being productive, you will also get an IT person to make sure the computers are free of Viruses and hackers.

Our core hours are 9am to 5pm AWST, Monday to Saturday. Anything outside these hours can also be arranged. We’re usually reasonably flexible.

We believes that in the business space, assistants need to be dedicated in order to deliver high quality. Therefore, your Virtual Employee is dedicated to your account, and so while 24/7 coverage is available, it’s not our main offering. MVE, by default, is available 8 hours a day, 6 days a week. You choose the 8-hour window, and that window can be anytime, but it must be a “solid” block, i.e. no breaking up the 8 hours.

Your virtual employee is at least college-educated, fluent English speakers who have undergone a rigorous vetting process as well as an in-depth training and testing program. All assistants are supervised by talented Operations Managers and have a team that they can rely on for help.
