We start with a face-to-face meeting at either your office or ours. During this meeting, we learn about your business, your current processes, and how a virtual staff member can best support your operations.
You will outline the tasks and the skills required to perform them. Based on our experience, we may also recommend additional tasks that can be delegated to your virtual staff member—helping you free up more time to focus on growing your business.
If we already have a suitable candidate in our talent pool, we will organise an interview with them within a few days.
If we do not have the ideal candidate available, we will advertise the role, shortlist the top five candidates, and arrange interviews so you can select the person who best fits your business.
Once you choose your preferred candidate, we will prepare the necessary paperwork and set a start date to begin the employment process.
You will train your hand-picked virtual staff member according to your systems, processes, and business requirements.
